Paul was born and raised in Springfield, Missouri. He graduated cum laude from Missouri State University in 2007 with a degree in Political Science. In 2010, Paul graduated from the Washington University School of Law, in St. Louis, Missouri. After graduation, he immediately returned to Springfield where he practiced disability law before joining Placzek, Winget & Placzek in 2013. Since joining the firm, Paul’s practice has been dedicated to helping injured parties and relators in whistleblower/qui tam litigation.
